These peanuts start with the highest quality premium Virginia peanuts. They are then roasted with a special blend of homemade Cajun seasoning, roasted garlic and serrano chilis. I also use fresh curry leaves that have been plucked in Southern California and sprinkle them with a dusting of my homemade curry leaf powder. Packed with flavor that you can’t put down! I named the peanuts after a trip my husband and I took to the South Pacific (Rarotonga). We stopped at a brewery on the island and I had to try the peanuts with garlic chips they had for sale. When we returned home, I started adding garlic chips to my already delicious blend and decided to call them Raro peanuts.
