SPICING THINGS UP ALL YEAR
Hi, my name is Audra Reddy. From a young age, I have always enjoyed cooking. My collection of recipes come from a wide variety of places. Growing up in Pennsylvania, I have PA-Dutch meat and potatoes running through my veins. I have recently become vegetarian, but still cook non-veg to please friends and family. I moved to CA 25+ years ago and collected many recipes here and brought along many east coast recipes from friends and family. For the last 16 years, since meeting my husband, I have become fond of the many flavors that are part of the Indian cuisine and now I probably cook more Indian meals than any other food. Although, I'd still choose a potato over rice any day of the week :). Still, my repertoire of recipes is far and wide. I am willing to cook just about anything (besides sushi) and will not let a new recipe or ingredient stop me from trying. I wish everyone enjoyed cooking as much as I do. I'm still trying to figure out how to make that happen. So many flavors can come from your home that everyone will enjoy. Let me teach you what I know and "Travel the World from your Kitchen!"
