These pancakes are super fluffy. I have topped these with bananas, blueberries and chocolate chips or a combination (bananas/blueberries or bananas/chocolate chips). You can also make them plain and top with syrup and fresh fruit. But, once you have the bananas carmelized, you will always want to eat your pancakes this way.
This granola can be eaten sprinkled over yogurt, your favorite fruit smoothie bowl or pour milk over the top and microwave to heat for a warm breakfast bowl.
