This chicken is marinated in Sprite.  Yes, soda to give it a tender flavorful boost.

This yogurt marinade has spices that will enrich the flavor of this grilled chicken and tenderize the chicken so each bite is incredibly tender.  The longer you marinade the better - between 2-8 hours.  You can grill outdoors or using a hot cast iron grilling pan, you can also grill indoors. 

This chicken dish should marinate 1-6 hours beforehand so prepare in advance. The gin in this recipe makes the gravy savory.

If there is one thing you should cook that anyone you know would love, its this chicken. I swear by quality ingredients like Jidori chicken - raised free range, humanely, at small farms in California.  

Top this with a delicious tomato, cucumber relish and a drizzle of tahini sauce.  Stuff it into a pita or wrap it in your favorite tortilla.
