Lemon Turmeric Ginger Tea
4 cups water
1 T. Turmeric or use ¼ cup fresh turmeric root, grated
2 T. Freshly grated ginger
¼ cup honey
1 lemon, juiced
In a small pot add the water, turmeric and ginger. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Strain the mixture into a glass container and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add the honey and stir to combine.
Pour tea into a glass and add a squeeze of lemon juice.
