This is an extraordinary cornbread recipe. It is so moist, you'll think you are eating cornbread cake.
3 cups Bisquick
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornmeal
2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cup milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup (2 sticks) melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add milk, eggs, butter and stir to combine.
Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
You can easily split this recipe in half. I use 2 eggs when I halve the recipe.
