Thanks Michele P. for sharing this recipe. It has become a standard in my kitchen. This recipe serves a crowd or you can split the recipe in half and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
1 cup butter, unsalted, melted
2 cups brown sugar
6 cups Old Fashioned Oats
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups whole milk
2 cups diced apples, pears, peaches - peeled and chopped into small cubes
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a 9x13 baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
