Caramelized Bananas over Yogurt with Granola

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2 bananas, sliced

2 cups yogurt
Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter, add honey and cinnamon. Mix to combine.
Add sliced bananas and caramelize for 5 minutes. Flip and cook other side until browned.
In a bowl, add yogurt and pour the hot banana mixture over the top.
You can eat it simply like that or top with granola for an added crunch.
Other ideas: I have also made this using other fruit. Raspberries, blueberries and bananas.
