Life should always be a bowl of cherries! Especially when you only need five simple ingredients to make this crowd pleasing treat.
Ingredients

3-8oz packages cream cheese, softened

2/3 cups sugar

3 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 box Nila /vanilla wafers (or Sunshine wafers)
Directions
Add cream cheese to mixing bowl and mix until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients together and mix until combined.
In a muffin tin, put one foil lined baking cup. Add a vanilla wafer in the bottom of each cup and fill with cream cheese mixture about 3/4 full.
Bake at 350° for about 12-15 minutes until firm.
Let cool and put cherry pie filling on top. Or any flavored filling you like.

If you can find the mini wafers and mini baking cups, this makes a great finger dessert that will make 48. Use for a party!
