Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add sliced peaches to the baking sheet and drizzle lightly with honey.
Bake peaches for 30 minutes until fork soft.
In a blender, add the juice from three limes. Add the peaches to the blender and blend on high speed until the peaches skin is completely blended and you have a smooth mixture. Set aside and allow to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a Cuisinart ice cream maker, add the cooled peach mixture and process for 25 minutes until you have a thick sorbet.
Ready to serve. Freeze leftovers.
