1 ¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
10 T. Unsalted butter, chilled, cut into cubes
2-4 T. Cold water
In a food processor pulse together flour and salt. Add butter, pulse until mixture forms pea sized pieces. Slowly add ice water, pulse until dough comes together.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and gather into a ball. Flatten into a disk. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 2 day.
Remove from fridge and roll to fit pie pan.
