White chocolate sauce
3 T. Butter
¼ cup condensed milk
1 small shot rum
1 small shot Baileys Irish Cream
½ cup grated white chocolate
Pound cake, Angel food cake, ice cream. Serve as an appetizer with angel food squares and fresh strawberries.
What to serve this with
In a small pan, heat butter and milk and bring to a boil. Turn off burner and add liquors and flambé. When flame subsides, add white chocolate and stir until melted.
