Ingredients

1 Tablespoons oil and 1 Tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1 small red onion, sliced

1 green chili, sliced

½ Tablespoon ginger/garlic paste

¼ green bell pepper, chopped
-
1 carrots, chopped
-
¼ cup frozen green peas
-
2 tomatoes, chopped
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
-
½ teaspoon red chili powder
-
1 Tablespoon Pav Bhaji seasoning
-
5 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tsp. Cumin powder
-
1 cup Paneer cubes
-
2 cups cooked rice

To finish - add cube of butter, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, chopped cilantro
Directions
Heat oil and butter in a large non stick pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the onion and green chili and cook until onion is translucent.
Add ginger/garlic paste and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped bell pepper, carrots and peas and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes and mix. Add salt, turmeric powder and red chili powder and saute until tomatoes are soft.
Add Pav Bhaji seasoning, minced garlic and cumin powder and stir to combine.
Add paneer cubes and saute for 1 minute.
Add cooked rice and mix gently.
To finish, add 1 Tablespoon butter, 1 Tablespoon lemon juice and handful of chopped cilantro. Mix well and serve with raita.
