Baked Crab Dip
Please use real crab. It is easy to find at Costco or near the seafood counter at your grocery store.
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
2 T. mayonnaise
1 T. lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
pinch of onion salt
1 cup crab meat
few drops of milk for consistency
8 oz. block cheddar cheese, shredded
Preheat oven to 325°
In a bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, onion salt and half the cheddar cheese.
Fold in crab meat.
If needed, add a few drops of milk to make it creamy.
Pour into an oven safe dish. Sprinkle the other half of the cheese over the top.
Bake @325° for 30 minutes.
Serve with crackers.
