This tangy yogurt dip was shared with me by my favorite Egyptian niece, Naadia. It is so delicious with warm pita bread or veggies.
Ingredients

2 cups yogurt or labneh (find at your local Persian grocery store in a small plastic container, similar to yogurt containers)

1/2 lemon, juiced

salt to taste

crushed red pepper

olive oil, drizzle
Directions
Mix yogurt with lemon juice and salt and spread on a small plate. Top with crushed red pepper flakes and olive oil. This has just a few ingredients, but it is packed with yummy! You can also sprinkle with za'atar.
Recipe Note
Serve with warm pita. You will eat this and lick the plate !
Note: For a spicy version add a finely chopped jalapeño pepper and leave out the crushed red pepper.
