Quick Garlic Hummus
1 15oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
1 lemon, juiced
salt and pepper
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread on plate and drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with whole chickpeas and paprika.
Note - you can leave out the tahini if you can't find it, and your hummus will still be good.
