The BEST Corn Dip

If you can get some Trader Joe's corn chips, you will be doing yourself a favor. The best dip needs the best dipping chip. This is so easy to make, just toss everthing into a bowl and tear open a bag of chips. That's it!

Ingredients

2 - 14.75 oz. (418g) cans corn (find one fired roasted and one sweet corn), drained well

1/4 cup red, yellow, green bell peppers, chopped finely

1 - 4 oz. (113g) can chopped green chilis, mild

1 - 4 oz. (113g) can chopped jalapenos, drained (optional)

1/2 cup green onions, white and green part added

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Chill for two hours or overnight. Give it a stir before serving and add a scoop of mayonnaise or sour cream if needed.
Serve with corn chips.
