So simple, so delicious! I use a crumbly Gorgonzola for this recipe that I find at Trader Joe's.

In my house, we love bleu cheese mixed with Italian dressing on a salad. Don't knock it until you try it. Half Bleu cheese and half Italian on a nice crisp simple salad.

Ingredients

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon worcestershire
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
salt and pepper
1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

Directions

Mix all the ingredients besides the bleu cheese together. Fold in the bleu cheese at the end.

Recipe Note

This is great at room temperature so it isn't too thick from the refrigerator. I love this on a salad or with chicken wings. Everyone will love this dressing.
