Caesar Salad Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon anchovy paste
6 T. parmesan, grated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 T. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until blended.
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving so the flavors meld together.
If you don't like all mayonnaise, you can do 1/2 cup mayo and 1/2 cup sour cream.
