Ingredients: 3 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped; 1 cup red cabbage, chopped; 4 slices of bacon, fully cooked until crispy, then chopped; 1 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered; 3 green onions, chopped; ½ cup cooked chicken, diced; ½ cup uncooked salad macaroni (Ditalini) (yields 1 cup cooked); ½ cup Gorgonzola or blue cheese (*optional); ⅓ cup olive oil; ¼ cup white balsamic vinegar (or white wine vinegar); 3 cloves garlic, minced; 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard; ½ teaspoon dried oregano; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¼ teaspoon black pepper
