Ingredients: 12 oz mixed crispy lettuce; 4 oz micro greens; 6-8 figs, quartered; 3 T. Olive oil; Zest of lemon; Juice from ½ lemon; 2 teaspoons of sweet balsamic (fig, blackberry) or aged balsamic OR red wine vinegar; 1 pinch of sea salt; 6 grinds of freshly ground pepper
