For the Fish
Heat olive oil in a heavy pan on medium high heat.

Add fish to the pan and fry until lightly browned. Approximately 3 minutes. Flip fish and cook on other side for 3 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients together for the lemon garlic sauce.
Turn burner to low heat and pour over the lemon garlic sauce. Allow to simmer for another 3 minutes. Remove from pan and serve with the sauce spooned over the top.
Recipe Note
Serve fish with a tomato salsa:
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 shallot, finely chopped
Half a jalapeno, chopped finely
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1/2 lime, juiced
Mix all together and set aside while you prepare the fish. Spoon on top to serve.
