Ingredients: 1 small head cauliflower, grated; 1/2 cup cooked rice; 5 T. Butter; Couple drops of sesame oil; 1/2 onion, chopped; 1 cup carrots, chopped or sliced thin; 2/3 cup green onions, chopped (scallions); 2 garlic cloves, minced; 3 T. Sesame seeds, toasted; 5 eggs, scrambled; 1/2 cup frozen peas; 5 T. Soy sauce, more if needed; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 1/4 teaspoon pepper

You can easily make this vegetarian by leaving out the scrambled eggs.
