Simplicity at its finest. Use this as an appetizer or side dish.
1 head of fresh broccoli or 1 -12 oz bag florets
4 T. Olive oil +more on sheet pan
½ lemon juiced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan
Pinch of salt and pepper
Heat oven to 425 degrees.
Add broccoli to a large bowl. Mix together all the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together. Pour over broccoli and stir to coat.
On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzled with olive oil, pour the seasoned broccoli on the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until you see the edges getting browned.
Remove from oven and serve warm with a sprinkle of ground pepper.
