Raspberry Creme Brulee
A silky vanilla custard infused with fresh raspberries and topped with a caramelized sugar crust. The raspberries give this dessert a fruity twist on the classic dessert.
I have probably made this dessert more often than most other desserts. It is a crowd pleaser, especially when I bring out the torch!
