Mint-Cilantro Chutney - Pudina
1 cup mint leaves, stems removed
½ cup cilantro (with tender stalks)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ inch piece of ginger
3 garlic cloves
1-2 green chiles
1 cup yogurt
¾ teaspoon cumin powder
¼ teaspoon chaat masala
In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Adjust salt and squeeze lemon juice if required. Serve with kebabs, snacks, sandwiches.
