Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

½ red onion, thinly sliced

1 green chili, finely chopped

1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ginger juice

½ teaspoon salt
Directions
To a bowl, add yogurt and salt and whisk until smooth.
Add onions, green chilies, cilantro and ginger iuice and stir to combine. Taste for salt.
Recipe Note
For the ginger juice - grate ginger into a bowl and press down with a spoon to release the ginger juice.
