Baked Camembert Cheese
1 - 8oz round of Camembert cheese
1 Teaspoon kirsh - cherry liqueur or white white
3 sprigs of thyme or rosemary
Pinch of red chili peppers
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Unwrap cheese and then place the cheese back in the wooden box it came in.
Score the top with crosshatch pattern.
Pour over the kirsch or white wine
Place the thyme/rosemary on top and sprinkle with a pinch of red chilis.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Serve with toast wedges/crostini or plain water crackers.
