Feta Artichoke Dip
Another delicious recipe from my old neighbor, Stacey. We shared so many fun recipes during Bunco. That's when the boxing gloves came out to see who had the best recipe on the block.
2 packages traditional feta
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
1 garlic clove, minced
2 small jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 sourdough bread bowl
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Cut the top off of the sourdough bread and clean out the bread from the inside. Save the pieces of bread that you remove to use later. Pour the mixture into the bread bowl.
Bake for 30 min until crispy on top.
Sprinkle the bread pieces on a plate around the baked bread to serve the dip. Additionally, you can serve fresh veggies too.
