Ful Mudammas (Fava Bean dip)

This is what we are all going for...a dish that's simple, healthy, easy and delicious.  Ful (pronounced "fool") has only 5 ingredients and takes only minutes to prepare. It’s nothing more than some mashed fava beans with lemon, garlic, parsley, and a chili. The flavors combined will leave your taste buds feeling satisfied.  Canned fava beans are common at Middle Eastern grocery stores.
