Roasted Tomatoes with Garlic, Olive Oil and Rosemary
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
10-12 whole garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
pinch of red pepper flakes
salt and pepper
1 sprig of rosemary
Preheat oven to 400°
In an oven safe pyrex dish, fill the bottom of the dish with cherry tomatoes.
Add whole garlic cloves, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and add sprig of rosemary.
Bake @400 for 25 minutes or until garlic is softened.
