Smoked Trout Dip

Ingredients

8 oz. smoked trout, skin removed, flaked

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1 T. minced red onion

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 lemon, juiced
-
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)

1 pinch cayenne
-
ground pepper to taste

1 green onion, finely chopped to sprinkle on top
Directions
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, lemon juice, horseradish, cayenne pepper and black pepper. Stir until combined. Add flaked trout and gently mix to combine. Put mixture in a serving bowl or spread thinly on a serving plate, sprinkle with green onions or dill. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Recipe Note
Add the green onions on top to spruce this dish up a bit.
