Appetizers — Lemon RSS

A smooth, creamy sauce with bright lemon zest and a hint of garlic, delivery a fresh, tangy flavor perfect for dipping or spreading. 

Make this with my Stuffed Zucchini recipe OR serve it with warm pita bread or naan as a dip.  Similar to Baba Ghanoush, but with zucchini instead of eggplant.
