Apple Cider Vinaigrette
½ cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
¼ cup + 2 T. EVOO or neutral oil
In a bowl or mason jar combine the vinegar, garlic, mustard, maple syrup, s&p. Whisk or shake to combine.
If whisking, slowly drizzle in oil. If you are using a mason jar, add the oil, put the lid and shake.
Serve gently on a salad due to the bold flavor of this dressing. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
