1 shallot, minced finely

Directions
In a jar with a lid, add all the ingredients to the jar. Put the lid on and give it a shake.
Add to your favorite salad. You can store in the refrigerator. When ready to use, bring to room temperature and shake well. Pour over salad and toss.
