Ingredients: 50 spinach leaves, cut into very thin strips; Oil for frying; 1 T. sesame seed oil; 1 teaspoon red chili flakes; 1 T. toasted sesame seeds; Salt to taste; 1 1/2 cups rice; 3 cups water; 2 T. oil; 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds; 7-8 garlic cloves; 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 cups spinach, blanched; 1 teaspoon garam masala; Salt to taste; 1 cup cooked Basmati rice; 2 T. oil; 1 cup crumbled paneer cheese or crumbled Farmers Cheese; 1/4 cup pasta sauce or 2 tomatoes chopped and blended to make sauce; pinch of dried fenugreek leaves; Salt to taste; 1 cup cooked Basmati rice

This is a pretty way to present rice. Topped with crispy spinach, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes
