Use BBQ sauce recipe from my site (homemade is better than store bought).
Author:Audra Reddy

Ingredients
-
4 pounds or beef or pork ribs
-
Olive oil
-
BBQ sauce - store bought or homemade
-
1 T. Garlic powder
-
1 T. Onion powder
-
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
-
1 T. Kosher salt
-
2 teaspoons black pepper
Dry rub
Directions
The day before you bake the ribs, (remove the thin membrane from the back of the ribs by making a slice down the middle and pulling the membrane and any extra fat from the ribs) cover them in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight.
To prepare: Heat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a large tray with heavy duty aluminum foil. Overlap two sheets so you can pull up the sides to wrap around the ribs.
In a bowl mix the dry rub ingredients together and sprinkle over the ribs.
Place the ribs on the foil meat side down and pull up the foil to seal the ribs.
Bake ribs for 3 hours. Check to see if meat is fork tender. You may need another 30 min - 1 hour for beef ribs.
Remove the ribs from the oven and unfold the foil. Turn oven to 450 degrees. Baste the ribs with BBQ sauce and return to oven for another 20 minutes.
Enjoy ribs with your favorite sides and a serving of extra BBQ sauce for dipping.
