Ingredients

4 pounds or beef or pork ribs

Olive oil
-
BBQ sauce - store bought or homemade

1 T. Garlic powder
-
1 T. Onion powder
-
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
-
1 T. Kosher salt
-
2 teaspoons black pepper
Dry rub
Directions
Heat oven to 300 degrees.
Line a large tray with heavy duty aluminum foil.
In a bowl mix the dry rub ingredients together.
Place the ribs on the tray and drizzle with oil until coated. Rub the oil all over the ribs and coat with spice rub. Arrange the ribs with the meaty side up. Using another piece of foil - wrap around the ribs and seal.
Bake ribs for 3 hours. Check to see if meat is falling off bone. You may need another 30 min - 1 hour for beef ribs.
Remove the ribs from the oven and remove the top layer of foil. Turn oven to 350 degrees. Brush ribs with BBQ sauce and return to oven for another 20 minutes.
