Baked Raspberry Brie
This recipe comes from an old neighbor on Chisholm Trail, back in the day when we played Bunco. Impress your friends with this tasty appetizer.
1 sheet Puff Pastry (Pepperidge Farm is a good choice)
1 small triangle, brie cheese
3 heaping spoonful's Simply Fruit red raspberry jam or other brand
1 small container fresh raspberries (you can also use frozen if fresh are not available)
2 T. butter
Preheat oven to 350°
Lay out one sheet of puff pastry. Place brie, then red raspberry jam on top, then raspberries and dot with butter. Fold all corners up around the cheese to the center making sure there are no holes.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with crackers. Sprinkle extra raspberries around the brie on the crackers for looks!
