Soups — beef RSS

This soup is a traditional Mexican soup with a mix of broth, tomatoes, spices and meatballs that cook in the broth to make them tender.  Serve with some additional rice.

This is a hearty bowl of chili.  It starts with bacon and chunks of beef.  There is no wimpy ground meat in this recipe.
