Chicken Marsala with mushrooms
This recipe comes from the Orange County Register (Southern California) so I'm not sure who the original owner is, but I've been using this same recipe for decades! I loved pulling recipes from the newspaper. This may just become your go-to recipe. Try it once and you're gonna love it. I typically serve with mashed potatoes and a salad. You can also serve with buttered egg noodles if you prefer.
