I have made and eaten many versions of butter chicken, but this recipe is at the top of the list.  Making the tandoori chicken to use in the butter chicken is the trick to this delicious dish. It takes time to marinate, so plan ahead.

This is one of the most popular Indian dishes in the world. Its so good that it should be one of the most popular in your kitchen. Try it !!!  Eat it with rice and Naan. If you don't want to make Naan, go to Trader Joe's and buy the frozen Naan and heat it up in your oven.  It is so good!
