Salads — cold salad RSS

This is a simple marinated chickpea salad with crunchy celery and red onion. Add tuna to make it a full lunch or serve alone as a salad.

This goes well with lamb tagine or grilled chicken. It is a pretty presentation with the red pomegranate seeds and the green pistachio, mint and parsley. Topped off with a citrusy lemon dressing. 

Sounds boring, but it's not! Try something new. This is a great lunch for all us who are WFH!
