This potato samosa is a fried triangular pastry with a crisp, flaky wheat-flour crust and a savory, spiced filling.

This is a great appetizer. Use any thin bread to dip into the gravy. I use Roti or Paratha bread for dipping. You can omit the potatoes here and just have the gravy too. Either way its delicious.
