The pressure cooker tenderizes this meat and makes it perfect.

This is a pretty way to present rice. Topped with crispy spinach, sesame seeds and red pepper flakes

I made this for a holiday party and this is the one dish that people still say, "I remember the rice dish you made."   You can also use cucumber instead of the pomegranate seeds, but for the holiday's I like the red.
